You may want to partner with someone “on the ground” as you may have some issues delivering to a hotel from them. But, worth a try!
The other thing you may want to keep in mind is getting it repaired back in Türkiye. Just check that the tire sizes are available etc. You don’t want to bring it back, get a puncture…

Depending what you want, there are actually many manual wheelchairs sold on Amazon in Japan. If you aren’t looking for anything custom, I’ve heard of people having items delivered to their hotel.
