Love this article, I need to send this to Air Canada for not accepting me on board and booking me at a later time because of my wheelchair. Beforehand I was advised to call the customer assist and customer assist line told me to buy a new ticket since im late in arriving but 48 hours before i called Air Canada already and checked in on line and nobody advised me of anything and was at the airport 1.5 hours early and just to hear that i cant board and yet our luggage was accpted

I always say disabled people shouldn’t have to pay taxes unless the place we live and its services are super accessible lol…. don’t think that’ll ever pass but I like this concept making the mainstream media to get non-disabled people to think!

It was ! Specially if we haven’t found a more senior employee who helped us & resolve what those 2 attendants did ! I submitted a letter of complaint & they were prompt in looking into the issue …
