Some good basic starter tips.. but I have yet to have a flight where they don’t spend at least 30 minutes requesting to see my batteries, telling them you can’t remove them easily, showing pictures, confirming the type again with someone who is clearly not knowledgable… etc :P…

They are probably using AI to analyse the content of the images of each property, to verify accessibility criteria. Personally, although I do love technology, in this case I would say that to keep educating AirBnB hosts on creating accurate descriptions of their homes, in order to welcome guests with a disability, would be a wiser move towards… Read more

Great to see this accommodation for her stretcher. Though it doesn’t answer my biggest question: did they make her pay for the extra seats as a disability tax?
