Are there any wheelchair accessible Queer/Gay spaces (whether bars, coffeeshops, or community centers) in Tokyo?
Hey to all! I’ve been in a Japan (Tokyo and Chiba for an event) for a few days now and am curious about any queer spaces! I googled some bars and places but most seem to be accessible only with stairs…

I live in Ueno and I know there’s several bars in the hood (lots of rainbow flags too) Im pretty sure several ground level or maybe elevator ..
Im not gay but used to love going to clubs with my buds back in Canada… crazy effers! hahaha j/k well not really its true
If you use a chair Id be certain someone would assist you.. I go to a lot…

If you are still in Tokyo visit teamLab Borderless in Azabudai Hills, access via Ningyocho station, (south exit). They have discounted tickets for disabled and carer. There’s only one room you can’t access and they are very helpful. It’s breathtaking.
