I also watched some YouTube videos on it and they said it can be difficult to get a tour of the palace because it’s popular. This is great Josh. My wife and I (I am an electric wheelchair user) will be sure to check it out when we visit in October. It does mention that there are “a few small steps…” did you experience this?
