Looking for some help to assisted my fully Parapalegic Friend
I’m not sure if there’s any help that can be done. But I have a friend who will be visiting soon with their helpers, and they need a hoist/life and a few other items. They already have their places of stay booked because it’s a large group. And they are also a wheelchair person. So the options were limited for them.
But the issue right now…

Also I don’t understand about sign that you mentioned .
I’m wheelchair friendly taxis near Narita airport.
If your friend need it , I’m willing to transfer Tokyo hotel from Narita airport.
