www.accessibletravel.co.ke

We have had a few updates since we last spoke and a humble request.

We now have a website at www.accessibletravel.co.ke powered by Tripesa.co

Team of three and bringing in a tour consultant specializing in inclusive experiences.

Have an MOU with Kenya Airways and working on a disability inclusion project with the national airline, Pride of Africa.

We’ve done an accessibility report for KWS and renovations are underway at Nairobi National Park to make parks inclusive for all. This is a project we hope to scale to other KWS facilities in other destinations.

Accessible Travel Kenya has recently acquired a wheelchair accessible Toyota Noah available for hire in Kenya for short, long term & flexible hire ideal for families, organizations or groups with persons with limited mobility for disability friendly airport and hotel transfers, city tours, corporate leasing and medical appointments.

Our driver guides also have been trained on disability etiquette and understand Kenyan sign language.

Toyota Noah

5/ 6 seater excl driver

Has a retractable seat

Can take another wheelchair from the back with a ramp.

Chauffeur-driven

We also have a Toyota Hiace with a pop up roof for game drives and comes with its ramp.

If you employ or host persons with disabilities or want to lease the vehicle, I would love to do a demo and speak about accessible travel.

See photos attached.

To our request

If you have friends in the UN circles, embassies, NGOs and corporations in Nairobi that employ or host persons with disability or know someone I can speak to about leasing or even do a demo for them, please refer me. Or even families that may use this for medical appointments for seniors with limited mobility.
