Early Access to the tabifolk app

We are very excited to let you know that an official tabifolk app is on the way and that a community of accessible travelers will be waiting for you in your pocket.

The official release will be for both Android and iOS, but initially we are releasing an early access beta version for iOS.  If you are interested in trying it out, please follow the steps below:

Install TestFlight

First, you need to download TestFlight from the App Store. Open the App Store on your iPhone, search for ‘TestFlight’, and download it. Alternatively you can click this link if you are reading this on your phone.

The TestFlight app is free and requires an iOS device running iOS 13.0 or later.

Get the tabifolk app

After you have installed TestFlight, you will need access to the tabifolk app.  To do that, click on the following link from your phone.

https://testflight.apple.com/join/K7Xw4iM9

It will open in TestFlight and provide you with the details of the beta app.

Install the Beta App

In TestFlight, you’ll see an ‘Accept’ button next to the app’s name. Tap it, and then tap ‘Install’. The beta version of the app will begin to download on your device. Once installed, it will appear on your home screen like any other app.

Updates & Expiration

Beta builds in TestFlight typically have a 90-day expiration. You’ll need to update the app if we release newer builds within this period.  We typically update it every 2-3 weeks and you will receive a notification when there is a new release.  You can get updates directly within the TestFlight app.

Transitioning to the Official Release

Once the app is officially released in the App Store, it’s a good idea to download the final version from there. This ensures you get the most stable release and future updates. But you can also stay in the beta program and try new features before they are released… and look for bugs!

If you have any questions, leave a comment below or send us a message by going to the tabifolk profile and choosing “Send Message”.

  1. Hello, admittedly, I am not super savvy with beta testing, but following the steps above, it is asking me for a TestFlight invitation code. Should I be receiving an invitation by email?
