Has anyone ever experienced a capsule hotel with a wheelchair? I’ve always been curious to try but never really checked it out. Is there one in Tokyo with any accessibility?

I was thinking to contact this one to check… https://do-c.jp/en/ebisu/

I assume there are very few! They are designed to be as small as possible with only upper and lower bunks, so hard for most people to transfer to if they are in a wheelchair – one bunk is ground level, and the other is wheelchair user head level…

I looked in Japanese and a user suggested that the “first class cabins” at the following hotel might work as there is some room next to the bed.

However, there is a step in and the elevator looks a bit small… so, maybe better for those who can walk a bit or use a manual wheelchair. The user also mentioned that there was an accessible toilet available.

If you go, please take lots of pictures and share with us!
