Accessible Motorcycle Sidecar in British Columbia
I was reading about Ogopogo Tours in BC (they got an award for accessibility) and on top of regular accessible buses etc, I saw they have a specially adapted motorcycle sidecar with a roof that lifts up and a seat around wheelchair height. I thought that was a pretty cool idea.
There is a picture on their website:

If you have taken it for a spin, let us know how it was!
They have closed down due to COVID. Yet another fatality of COVID.
Oh no!! Is it just temporarily, or permanent?
Though, I guess that it hard to tell isn’t it…
sounds permanent, their selling off their vehicles.
That is really heartbreaking. Thank you, though, for keeping us up to date.
This is their farewell statement:
It is a shame.
I wish them well and thanks for their service
I like how they shared that there vehicles will keep on serving in a new stage of life.
