This video is only 2 and a half minutes but it has some good information about going to the Pyramids in a manual wheelchair.
They recommend using London Cabs Egypt to get there:

(Though, you may need to discuss size of the door if you are in a power wheelchair.)
Once there getting close seems quite rough and may only be possible for those with manual wheelchairs, though there were a few ramps to get you started.
Camel rides may also only be an option for those with less severe disabilities as they weren’t adapted, just that the drivers were helpful.
There are no toilets that are wheelchair accessible, so be sure to go somewhere else before your visit!
