Yes, they were surprisingly fast!
I used to fly AC ages ago and contacting them meant spending a lot of time waiting on hold and explaining battery types and why I want to take my wheelchair to the gate…
I had the opportunity to fly with them again and was VERY impressed with how fast their response was – they made me a fan!
