Fantastic article on airlines not returning wheelchairs at the gate
Came across a great article on airlines not returning wheelchairs to the gate for international flights.
There seems to be a number of reasons.. too bad laziness is one of them!
Though, it seems the same in Japan where domestic flights will meet you at the gate but domestic ones always make you wait until baggage claim.

It’s saddening that one has to resort to complaints for this to be emphasized. As if travel is not stressful enough!
