Wheelchair tie-downs in airplanes… again
So, I came across this article:
And I feel I have seen a dozen others like this in the past. As a wheelchair user with customized seating, this would be sooo helpful for long flights and sore backs…
… but I would definitely be concerned about using QStraint wheelchair docking system. There are so many types of wheelchair bases and even on mine, I don’t have proper hooks for belts on the front so belts often get attached to my footrests – which are not very strong!
So, in addition to airline regulations, major changes and regulations would need to be added to wheelchairs before I would even remotely interested in trying…
