I went to the National Art Center of Tokyo for the first time in a while and was reminded how they have done a good job of accessibility.

Big elevators with wheelchair height buttons, accessible toilets on every floor (3 on the first floor? At least 2). They had backrests, adult sized change tables and ostomate sinks.

And people with disability ID get to skip the line. Thankfully because the event I went to had a 100 minute wait! I also got to skip the line at the gift shop. The gift shop line staff didn’t ask for disability ID, but the exhibition line did… but hopefully those without disability ID from Japan can do the same.
