    You should definitely look into Wheel the World which started in South America and certainly has run tours to Machu Pichu. While they focus on physical disabilities, they are likely able to help in some way. Here is their website:

    Hi John,
    Visited South America (Peru,Galapagos, Patagonia) last year with my Dad who has accessibilty issues.We actually hired a travel advisor Voyagers Travel.Andre is the owner and he was a gem, accomodated all our needs and the best part was that my Dad was super comfortable throughout the trip.He can be the right person to guide you regarding the Machu Piccu 2-3 day trek.
