Hi I’m wondering how accessible the La Sagrada Familia in Spain is.  Can a wheelchair user visit it?

Hi! Sorry for the super late reply, but you can definitely visit. For people with disabilities entry tickets are free (and I can’t remember if it was also free for one attendant). I went there a few years ago, so it might have changed (now I think that you have to get the tickets online in advance).

Anyway, one of the entrances is wheelchair accessible and, once inside, you can get nearly anywhere (except for the towers, I think, but I’m not sure either, as the tower elevators were out of order when I visited). Either way, it’s totally worth it, as the nave is outstanding.

I hope that if you hadn’t yet, you’ll have the chance to visit.
