I cannot comment on the timing specifically but, for airlines, my experience is that timing can vary quite a bit and not just by airline. Sometimes even the same airline can have a huge variety based on staff and the airport.

Not to be cheeky here, but Japanese toilets are some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I think other countries might need a certification like this! 😂😂😂

Hmmm not sure why the picture didn’t attach. Will look into it.
Anyway, when I went they pretty much stopped the cable car, so there shouldn’t be a problem if you fold it and get in.

I forget which airport it was (in Japan), but I did notice there were audio instructions for the toilets to ensure a visually impaired person could more easily find the door. I thought that was clever and hope it gets taken up elsewhere.
