Does anyone know of any countries where listing accessibility information on a tourist attraction or hotel’s website is a legal requirement?

The European Accessibility Act requires businesses operating in Europe to make their products and services accessible to individuals with disabilities. This law applies to all companies except microenterprises (https://reciteme.com/news/accessibility-in-tourism/)

I liked this point: “Fáilte Ireland guidelines have rightly been updated in recent years to reflect the need to encourage hotels to shift to more sustainable practices. There is no reason why they cannot make a change now to place accessibility at the heart of their guidelines.”
