Hey! You can’t get all the way to the top but there is a slope to get to the temples at the bottom and then a lift to take you to the first and second set of gates which are accessible by wheelchair. Think the lift closes at 5pm so don’t go too late!

You need to go the Shinkansen desk In the station. When the staff don’t speak English they use a translation app. If it’s foldable you can probably get it in front of you in your seat (photo attached for ref). If not I expect they’ll book you into the seat next to the wheelchair seat which has storage behind.

I’ve just come back from two weeks in Japan, including time spent in Tokyo. I’m a full time manual wheelchair user We paid for a “queen accessible room” at the Sequence hotel which with the wheelchair was tbh still a squeeze to get into the bathroom but sounds like it’d be ok for you.
