Yeah, the length is the biggest challenge.
My chair with footrests is about 110cm and my feet stick out the end, so had to angle them well to fit and they had to push the door a bit.
So, it is a hard limit I think.

Hi. Can anyone recommend an accessible or barrier free hotel in Narita or close by that is suitable for a power wheelchair user and is relatively economical? We had to change our flight plans and are now leaving one day later and from Narita Airport.

Is Yokohama too far for you? When checking hotels, the APA Hotel & Resort Yokohama Bay Tower confirmed they have a barrier free room that should fit my powerchair and the prices were not that bad considering the area (about 70€/night beginning of November). We dismissed it in the end because I’m high risk for infection and they couldn’t…

Thanks. I’ll look at it. We are getting off a cruise the 25th, but we’ll need to be back at Narita Airport by the 26th, and will have the problem of moving our luggage along with the hoist.
