Second Josh on all the points mentioned apart from that my Dad is always complaining about the neck being cramped as the seats are reclined to a great extent which is not even required for so many cases.

Maria I totally agree.It is very random and your luck literally comes into play.My dad has to go through this process every time he flies.Just that he keeps his fingers crossed for a smooth transition.
