Wheelchair accessible toilets

We found most wheelchair accessible toilets in public places in the UK were locked and could only be accessed by using a RADAR key. How does a visitor get access to such a key? Looking inline it says Boots the Chemist sells them. Is this correct? Can they be sent to an overseas address?

It looks like you can buy them on Amazon as well: https://amzn.to/2Ap1H3C

Hopefully they ship it outside the UK…

Looked on Amazon and this is what it says:

This item does not ship to New Zealand.

Anybody managed to access one outside the Uk?

Thank you Mark for your kind offer. We don’t have any definite plans to visit the UK at the moment but may take you on on the offer in the future. Many thanks again – Mary
